一、博覽會背景

旅遊業是世界經濟中持續高速穩定增長的重要戰略性、支柱性、綜合性産業。當今,隨著經濟全球化和世界經濟一體化的深入發展,世界旅遊業更是進入了快速發展的黃金時代。隨著社會的發展,旅遊業已成爲全球經濟中發展勢頭最強勁和規模最大的産業之一。旅遊業在城市經濟發展中的産業地位、經濟作用逐步增強,旅遊業對城市經濟的拉動性、社會的帶動力、以及對文化與環境的促進作用日益顯現

1.  The background:

Tourism is the strategic and comprehensive industry of base pillar in the global economy with high-speed and stable increasing.

Nowadays, with the deep development of world economy integration, global tourism industry started golden age of rapid development. With the social development, tourism has become one of the global industries with the most rapid development and biggest scale. Tourism is playing more and more important role for the urban economic development. Moreover, tourism is promotional for stimulating development of urban economy, society, culture and environment.

對中國來說,旅遊業是中國經濟發展的支柱性産業之一。旅遊業是國民經濟的戰略性産業,資源消耗低,帶動系數大,就業機會多,綜合效益好。從當前和今後一個時期的國際國內環境看,我國的經濟社會發展仍處于可以大有作爲的重要戰略機遇期。工業化、信息化、城鎮化、市場化、國際化的深入發展,高速交通體系的快速完善,特別伴隨著人均國民收入的穩步增加而持續增長的大衆化和多樣性消費需求,都爲我國旅遊業發展提供了新的機遇。
Tourism is also one of the cornerstone industries of economy for China. As the strategic industry for national economy with low resource consumption and considerable comprehensive benefits, tourism has huge motivation for economy and brings lots of employment opportunities. Based on the domestic and international trend in current and future times, the economic and social development of China is still in the period with plenty strategic opportunities and potential efforts to be achieved. The deep development of industrialization, informatization, urbanization, marketization and internationalization, the fast improvement of rapid transit system, especially the continuous growth of popularization and multiple consumption demands, accompanied by the stable increasing of per capita income have all offered the new opportunities for the development of tourism industry of China.
重慶是中國西部唯一的直轄市,長江上遊的經濟中心,西部最大的多功能現代化工商業城市,經濟增幅居全國第二,人口3300多萬,是中國大陸十大旅遊業最發達的城市之一,重慶機場通航城市達120個,國內、入境和出境三大旅遊市場均獲得了高速增長,赴台遊、港澳遊、出國遊熱度不減,增幅超過25%,重慶依山傍水,長江嘉陵江環繞,有山、水、林、泉、瀑、峽、洞爲一體的自然景色,有巴渝、移民、三峽、陪都、都市文化濃郁的人文景觀。國家A級旅遊景區96家,初步形成了浪漫的溫泉之都、多彩的山水都市、壯麗的長江三峽、精美的大足石刻、神奇的天生三橋、峻秀的烏江畫廊等旅遊精品。
Chongqing is the only municipality of West China, the economic center of the upper reaches of Yangtze River, the biggest west multi-functional city of modernized industry and commerce, and one of the top 10 tourism cities of mainland China, with 33 million populations and second economic growth of China. Chongqing airport opened 120 air traffic destination cities. The top 3 travelling ways, domestic, immigration and abroad tourism have all increased rapidly in Chongqing. The travelling to Taiwan, Hong Kong and Macau increased more than 25%. Chongqing is situated close to the mountain and river, surrounding by the Yangtze River and Jia Ling River (the branch of Yangtze), well-known for the natural landscape integrated by mountains, rivers, forest, springs, waterfalls, gorges and cavities, as well as the human landscapes of Bayu Culture, immigrants, Three Gorges, the Second Capital of China in the World War 2 and urban culture. Furthermore, Chongqing has 96 Grade A national scenic spots, represented by the romantic capital of spring, colorful urban landscapes, splendid Three Gorges of Yangtze River, equisite Da Zu stone carving, miraculous natural three bridges and beautiful Wujiang River Gallery etc. 
本屆博覽會展出面積達10000平方米以上,將有來自美國、英國、德國、俄羅斯、法國、加拿大、澳大利亞、意大利、新加坡、泰國、丹麥、韓國、埃及、印度、馬來西亞、緬甸、越南、土耳其、斯裏蘭卡、菲律賓、墨西哥、阿根廷、香港、澳門、台灣等全球50多個國家和地區的國際展商,同時又有來自中國大陸各省、市、自治區的500多家國內展商,覆蓋了旅遊業大部分相關行業,20多個國家的駐華大使和使館官員將參加旅遊博覽會的各項活動。全球知名的旅遊城市、旅遊景區、旅遊機構、旅遊企業、航空公司、遊輪、銀行、旅遊媒體聯合推出極具特色的旅遊産品,集聚一堂,共享旅遊盛會。
This exhibition covers the area more than 10,000 square meters. The international exhibitors from USA, UK, Germany, Russia, France, Canada, Australia, Italy, Singapore, Thailand, Denmark, South Korea, Egypt, India, Malaysia, Myanmar, Vietnam, Turkey, Sri Lanka, the Phillipines, Mexico, Argentina, Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan etc over 100 countries and districts, more than 500 exhibitors engaged in the main tourism services from domestic provinces, cities and municipalities, and the embassadors and officers of embassies from more than 20 countries will attend the exhibition. The global renowned tourism cities, scenic spots, travelling agencies, airline companies, cruise ships, banks and tourism news media will launch the characteristic tourism services and share the great moment with the visitors.
本屆旅遊博覽會將得到全球的50多個國家和地區的政府和大使館、旅遊署、旅遊局、旅遊機構,旅遊推廣協會的大力支持和幫助,與組委會合作組團參加。共同搭建交流平台,整合優勢資源,從全方位,多角度,把本屆旅遊博覽會主辦成專業性、産業性、國際性的旅遊交流活動。豐富多彩的全球以及全國各地的旅遊城市推介,旅遊風情展示,特色鮮明的主題旅遊和異域及民族歌舞表演,旅遊攝影大賽,旅遊行業高峰論壇,自駕達人和旅遊達人現場分享交流會,新景點發布會,現場抽獎、團購秒殺等活動將使2014年中國重慶世界旅遊資源博覽會精彩紛呈,高潮叠起,呈現給老百姓耳目一新的旅遊盛宴,不斷滿足老百姓日益增長的旅遊需求和願望。
This exhibition will receive strong support and help from the governments, embassies, tourism offices, tourism agencies and tourism promotion associations of over 100 countries and districts, who will attend the exhibition with the sponsor to build up communication platform, integrate superior resource to make the tourism show to be a professional, industrialized and international traveling exchange event. The purpose is to build up the international bridge of global tourism, advertise the conception of “you are the part of me as I am the part of you”, bring global travel to China (Chongqing), and push China (Chongqing) tourism to the world, broaden travel vision, deepen understanding and improve friendship through the link of tourism and let tourism globalization planted in the ordinary people.

The exhibition areas are consist of the areas of foreign countries, Chongqing, Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, the brother cities, spring, aviation, intelligence tourism, topic tourism, new type of business and travel appliances etc.

七、展位價格和配備

7. The price and equipments of the booth

1、館內展位

1) The booths in the exhibition hall

  1)標准展台:國內RMB8800 /  國際2000美元/  雙開口加收10%

2)光地展位:國內RMB元人民幣900/  國際220美元/ ㎡(最少36㎡)

 (1) Standard exhibition stage: 8800RMB per stage for domestic area, 2,000USD for international area, additional 10% for double opening.

 (2) Ground booth: 990RMB/ for domestic area, 220USD for international area (minimum 36 ).

注:每個國際標准展位展具配備包括一張洽談桌、二把椅子、參展單位中文(英文)楣板、三面圍板、一個220V電源插座、二盞射燈。光地展具配備由參展單位自行租賃或搭建

Note: the facilities for each standard booth of international area includes: one negotiating table, two chairs, Chinese (English) lintel of exhibitor, board of three sides, one 220V electric power socket, two spot lights. The facilities of ground booth shall be rented or built by the exhibitors.

八、參展程序

8. Participation procedure

1、報名方式

1) Enrollment

參展商可聯系組委會展務部報名參展,將加蓋公章的《參展申請書》掃描或傳真至組委會展務部。

The exhibitors can contact the exhibition department of the sponsor to make registration, submit the stamped Participating Application Letter exhibition department of the sponsor by scanning or fax.

2、資格確認

2) Qualification confirmation

組委會展務部將對遞交《參展申請書》和交納展位費用的展商進行審核,並對通過審核的參展商以掃描或傳真形式發出《展位確認書》確認展商的參展資格。展位一經確認不能轉讓、出租、展示與報名所申報不同的展品。

The exhibition department will check and confirm the qualification of the exhibitors who presented the “Participating Application Letter” and made payment, and send the “booth confirmation” to the exhibitors who have been approved by scanning or fax. Once confirmed, the booth cannot be transferred or rented, and cannot show the exhibits different with the ones in application letter.

3、展位安排

3. Booth arrangement

組委會展務部按照展會分區、展商屬性和交費順序等原則安排展位,並以書面形式告知參展商的展位編號和《展位圖》。組委會展務部保留對展位位置調整的權利。

The exhibition department of the sponsor shall arrange the booths according to the exhibition zone, the category of exhibitor and sequence of payment, and inform the exhibitor the booth number and “exhibition hall floorplan”. Furthermore, the exhibition department of the sponsor reserves the right for adjusting the locations of booth.
